Kirsten Simone is a famous American writer and actor from the United States. She gained fame for her character Penelope Garcia on the TV show Criminal Minds, a police crime procedural. Kirsten Simone Vangsness was also a part on the two spinoff series Criminal Minds Beyond Borders' and Criminal Minds: Speculative Behavior. Since her first appearance in show business, in 1998, Kirsten Vangsness has appeared in numerous small roles in films. Her notable works in the film industry includes her appearances in 'In My Dream The Chicago 8 with 'Kill Me, Deadly'. Her writings have appeared in The Los Angeles Times. As also a playwright, she co-wrote three episodes of Criminal Minds. She's rescued and helped rehabilitate several abandoned and injured kittens.
